We love to smoke our meat, and brisket is our favorite. We don't usually have too much time so we start our brisket in the smoker and finish it in an electric roaster. That way we can continue to lead the busy lives we do and still get the great smoke flavor into our brisket. This meal doesn't last long in our house. - photo coming soon
