All confinement and most pasture raised lambs are fed grain daily, on our farm they are not. All lamb is 100% grass-finished. No antibiotics, no hormones, no GMO, no confinement, just good old fashioned grasses and forbs.
$300 for a whole lamb yields approximately 38 pounds of meat (~$7.75/lb) and takes 1.5 cubic foot of freezer space. Cuts include: lamb chops, leg of lamb, rack of lamb, burger, ribs and assortment of roasts. Organs upon request. Order exactly as you like from the processor.
